Mary Richmond Design has be creating beautiful tiles for beautiful homes on Cape Cod since 1979. You may find her tiles at Tree’s Place in Orleans or in her shop in Mashpee Commons. Almost all work is custom designed and can be done on her own hand-made tile or any commercial tile the customer chooses. Specializing in mural work that includes landscapes, florals, birds and shore designs Mary Richmond Design also has a full line of whimsical and traditional trim pieces, Cape Cod Delft, Cape Cod Fossils (impressed tiles) mosaics and field tile that looks more like it is painted in watercolor washes than glazes. New work will soon be installed in the entry corridor of the new building at Cape Cod Hospital.
